Saudi Fintech Nayla Raises $18 Million in Pre-Series A Round to Expand Micro-Business Digital Financing in the KSA

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia: Saudi Arabia-based fintech Nayla has secured approximately $18 million in a pre-Series A funding round, comprising a mix of equity and debt financing, as the company announced at LEAP 2026 in Riyadh.

The equity round was led by Idrisi Ventures, with participation from Suhail Ventures and other strategic investors, while BLOMINVEST led the debt facility.

Built through Sanabil Studio, Nayla said the latest financing makes it the first venture launched by the studio to close an institutional funding round.

Founded in 2024 by Shaqran Alyahya and Khalid Naili, Nayla provides AI-powered lending solutions for micro-businesses in Saudi Arabia, enabling faster and more accessible digital financing.

The company plans to use the new capital to accelerate the development of its AI-powered lending products and expand financing access for micro-businesses across the Kingdom.

Nayla’s growth strategy aligns with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, particularly the role of micro-enterprises in supporting economic diversification and entrepreneurship.

The latest round follows a $4 million seed investment secured in 2024, led by Sanabil Venture Studio by Stryber.

Nayla said it will continue developing its financing solutions to support the growth of micro-businesses and expand access to digital financial services across Saudi Arabia.
